Security Screening X-Ray Machines Installation at Multiple Domestic Airports
Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of advanced security screening X-ray machines (hand and hold baggage type) across nine domestic airports to enhance aviation security infrastructure.
Project Overview
Successfully completed the installation of state-of-the-art baggage scanning X-ray machines across multiple domestic airports including Lukla Airport, Jomsom Airport, Ramechhap Airport, Surkhet Airport, Biratnagar Airport, Chandragadhi Airport, Bharatpur Airport, Janakpur Airport and Dhangadhi Airport. This comprehensive security enhancement project was executed in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) to bolster airport security infrastructure and ensure seamless travel experiences for passengers. The project demonstrates MSIPL's unwavering commitment to enhancing national aviation infrastructure and ensuring traveller safety through advanced security screening technology. The installation includes both hand baggage and hold baggage X-ray screening systems designed to meet international aviation security standards. Each airport location received customised installation based on specific operational requirements and passenger traffic volumes. The security screening machines feature advanced imaging technology for effective threat detection whilst maintaining efficient passenger processing times. The project required careful coordination across nine different airports, each with unique geographical and operational challenges. Installation teams worked closely with airport authorities at each location to ensure minimal disruption to daily flight operations. The enhanced security infrastructure now provides comprehensive baggage screening capabilities that align with international aviation security protocols, significantly improving the safety and security standards across Nepal's domestic aviation network.
