Job Description
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline across public and private sector infrastructure opportunities.
Drive end‑to‑end bid processes (EOIs/RFPs), coordinating with engineering, finance, and operations.
Develop strategic partnerships with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and government stakeholders.
Own quarterly forecasts, CRM hygiene, and reporting to leadership.
Mentor junior associates; establish repeatable playbooks for discovery and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own opportunity discovery, qualification, and progression through the funnel.
- Coordinate technical/commercial inputs to produce compliant, compelling bids.
- Map accounts, develop multi‑threaded relationships, and close strategic deals.
- Report on KPIs (win rate, cycle time, ACV) and implement improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 4–6 years in business development, sales, or partnerships within infrastructure or adjacent industries
- Strong proposal/bid writing skills; familiarity with tender portals
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation track record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
